Meet my Capstone Team!

Our program had different experimental learning experiences including a Capstone Project, and Basic Science, Clinical Science Rotation and Community Engaged Learning Rotation. For these projects and rotations we were assigned into groups of three. Our research discipline of focus was cancer and thus, all our deliverables from our project and rotations were related to the topic of cancer. Although we came from different academic backgrounds, we soon discovered all three of us had a  passion for learning and advocating for women's health. Together we have worked on many deliverables and presentations. We were keynote speakers at the Western Research Forum 2022. Furthermore, we will be hosting a workshop for the Let's Talk Cancer symposium, where we will teach high school kids about HPV and the importance of the HPV vaccinations.
